Platform Securities Continues Service Enhancement Drive
Platform Securities today started the implementation of its new issue management system – TickIT. Platform Securities have contracted with BMC Software, a leading supplier of IT management solutions to companies across the globe, to develop a robust, scalable, ITIL compliant issue logging and tracking system for internal users and external clients alike.
At present, the system is entering into the client testing and the dual running phase, with a full, live roll out to all clients coming towards the end of the year. The new system will allow clients to have full end-to-end visibility of any issues logged, with the ability to apply real time updates and be provided with comprehensive MI to aid root-cause analysis.

Working with best of breed suppliers such as BMC allows us to develop our proposition into a truly market leading solution for stockbrokers and Wealth Managers. While Phase 1 of this project is intended to replace our in-house issue management database, other aspects of the system will be introduced in due course to provide a comprehensive suite of reporting and change management tools.”
